4. Remember to click on "Confirm Order" once you have decided on the items.
 
5. Queendora Customer Care will get back to you on your purchase.

6. Check for our confirmation emails regarding your order before making payments.

Payments

Orders will only be mailed out AFTER payments have been received. You can usually receive your item/s within 2-3 working to arrive at your delivery address.

State the delivery method (handling fee included).
Normal postage (N) - For orders up to S$39.90, a flat postage fee of $1.00 applies. 

                             - For orders from S$39.90 to S$89.90, a flat postage fee of $2.00 applies.

                             - For orders above S$89.90, postage fee will be waived.

* we will not be responsible for packages lost in the mail.


Registered mail (R) - Normal postage(N) fee plus additional S$2.24.

Postage fee is on a per order basis, regardless of the number of items.
